Our core business is providing business mobile phones, plus business mobile upgrades, but we also offer sales of consumer mobiles and upgrades for existing mobile network customers. We are able to upgrade anyone connected to the O2, Orange and Vodafone networks.

When upgrading your mobile phone it is not just a matter of choosing a new handset. This is also the opportunity to change your tariff if required. Over time mobile phone usage changes and it may be that a new tariff would perform better for you.
The networks pay us a fee for retaining their customers. Out of this we have to fund the cost of the upgraded phone. Depending upon your tariff and monthly spend the allowance for a new phone will differ.
We can advise you which phones are available for your own personal allowance, and advise the cost of other phones if you fancy something a bit extra. A one-off payment can be made at the time of upgrade for a “better” mobile.
We have a dedicated upgrade department who deal solely with consumer upgrades meaning that they are abreast of the latest tariff and handset changes on a daily basis.
